Terrene Synergetics serves as the University's first undergraduate think tank striving to adopt a synergetic approach in researching and understanding the relationships between the human population and natural resources with an emphasis on the renewable energy, cleantech, and power industries.  Regular analyses of the data will fuel high altitude discussion of the industries' trends and their effects on policy, emerging markets, developing economies, and poverty alleviation. The end goal will be to eventually brainstorm realistic and practical actions and approaches to various issues with a keen understanding of the group's potential impact. A broad spectrum of perspectives will be employed during discussions, including but not limited to: economics, futurology, game theory, philosophy, politics, psychology, sociology, engineering, and business.
